The Sneaky Villain Inside Your Body


Once upon a time, there was a happy little boy named Kabir who loved sweets. He ate candies, cookies, and sugary drinks all day. But what he didn’t know was that inside his body, a sneaky villain named Sugar Monster was causing trouble!

At first, the Sugar Monster made Kabir feel excited and full of energy. But soon, something strange happened—Kabir started feeling tired all the time. He got hungry again very
quickly, and his belly started growing bigger. The Sugar Monster was secretly turning extra sugar into fat and making his body slow and weak!

One day, a wise doctor told Kabir, “Too much sugar is like poison! It can hurt your heart, make your tummy big, and even make you sick when you grow up.” Sugar also attacks teeth, making them weak and full of holes. Worst of all, it confuses the body so much that it can lead to diabetes, a dangerous illness.

Kabir was shocked! He decided to fight the Sugar Monster by eating natural sweets like fruits and nuts instead. Soon, he became stronger, faster, and happier!

And from that day, everyone in the town learnt that sugar may taste sweet, but it can be a dangerous villain inside! 🚫🍭
