Once upon a time, in a tiny kingdom inside your body, there were little builders called proteins. These builders had a BIG job—they made your muscles strong, repaired cuts when you fell, and even helped you grow taller!
One day, a boy named Aryan didn’t eat enough protein. The builders inside him got sad. “We don’t have bricks to build!” they cried. Soon, Aryan felt weak and tired and even got sick often. His muscles became soft, and he couldn’t run as fast as before. His wise grandma saw this and said, “Aryan, your body needs protein like a house needs bricks! Without it, you can’t grow strong.” She gave him eggs, paneer, soya, and nuts. The little builders cheered, “Yay! Now we can work again!”
Within weeks, Aryan felt powerful, ran faster, and even looked healthier. He smiled and said, “I’ll never forget to feed my little builders again!”
And from that day, everyone in Aryan’s village made sure to eat protein—because strong builders mean a strong YOU!
