Once upon a time, there was a magical garden full of fresh fruits, nuts, and vegetables. The people of the village ate from this garden and were strong, happy, and full of energy!
One day, a sneaky wizard called Mr Processed arrived. He brought shiny packets of chips, colourful candies, and bottled drinks. "These taste better and are faster to eat!" he whispered. The villagers got excited and started eating his food every day.
But soon, something strange happened—people felt tired, got sick more often, and their tummies grew bigger. Mr. Processed's food had hidden dangers—chemicals, too much sugar, and artificial flavours that tricked their brains! Instead of giving strength, it made them weak and unhealthy.A wise old farmer told them, “Nature gives us real food. If we eat what grows from the earth—like fruits, nuts, and fresh meals—we stay strong. But if we eat man-made food too often, we lose our energy and health.”
The villagers realised their mistake and returned to natural foods. Soon, they felt happy, strong, and full of life again!
And from that day, they knew—real food makes real strength!
